Your Immersion into Breath Workshop on Sunday was just what the doctor ordered! Thank you so much! I look forward to the next workshop on 11/5 and I also hope that I can attend a yoga class before then, too. I haven't felt so relaxed and clear-headed in a long time. It's so much easier to care for people when you feel peaceful inside. My kids are so much lighter and happier when they see me feeling good. Diane was my first introduction to Yoga. I have tried other instructors since then, comparing them to Diane, and find that she is a tough act to follow!

Diane first and foremost makes you feel like you belong, that you are safe, and that your being there is important to her. Call it charisma, call it spirit . . .Diane makes the whole room feel comfortable and secure in their practice. She has a way of starting her class where she reads a paragraph from one of her many inspiring books (almost like story-time when you were a kid) which tend to be nurturing little stories that set the tone for the session. This prepares students to start the class together in a place that feels right for them.

Diane then gently guides us through our Yoga practice without judgment. Diane is always respecting the individual, all at different places emotionally and energy-wise. Diane is able to help individuals with grace and respect which makes the students feel totally at ease and want to do more.
